Shopify offers free shipping worldwide, with the exception of Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, China, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Cuba, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Additional duties and taxes are due on delivery and are your responsibility to pay.
You can buy your Counter now and pay later by using Shop Pay Installments (US only), which will split your purchase into 4 equal payments with no interest or fees. If you need help using Shop Pay Installments, check out the Shop Pay Installments Help Center for more information.
Your order will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number that’ll make it easy to keep an eye on your package.
The Shopify Counter is non-returnable or refundable after purchase but has a limited 2-year manufacturer warranty. Please contact shopifycounter@smiirl.com for any warranty inquiries.

You can set up your sales and order counter to update your numbers in real-time, up to every 24 hours, and everything in between. Easily manage how often your Counter updates in your my.smiirl.com account.

Shopify Counter is only able to connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. If you are having trouble connecting to your local network, make sure your router is configured with 2.4GHz enabled.
The Shopify Counter does not have a speaker, but does make an audible sound when the flaps flip over with new orders and sales.
By default, Shopify orders start at 1,000 so if your order number is 5,000, for example, your total orders would be 4,000.
Yes, Shopify Counter can display orders or sales. You can change your display setting through the Counter app connected to your Shopify admin.

Once you have your Counter set up, it will count the sales or orders already accumulated during the timeframe you choose.
To use the Counter, you’ll need to accept the terms and privacy policies of our two 3rd-party partners. You’ll need to create an account through Smiirl, our 3rd-party manufacturing and hardware support partner. You’ll also need to install the Counter app developed by Alumworks, our 3rd-party app developer.
