Shipping
We work with production partners from all over the world to create products. Due to this, shipping times may vary from product to product. Please check out the product pages for more information.After your order is processed, you'll receive an email containing an order tracking number. Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee any delivery date indicated by the carrier.Orders shipped to addresses outside of Canada are subject to additional taxes and duties. Additional duties and taxes are due on delivery and are your responsibility to pay.If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to email us at supply@shopify.com.
Return Policy
All products are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once your order is confirmed, you will have 24 business hours to edit or cancel your order by contacting our Support team at supply@shopify.com. After that time has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.Please see the full Shopify Supply Terms of Service.
International orders
