Orders
Shopify Supply products are generally processed within 1-3 business days. However, processing times for certain products may vary, so check out the product pages for more information. When your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to track your package. You can also download the Shop app to get the latest tracking updates on your order.Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee any delivery date indicated by the carrier.
You will have 24 hours after your order is placed to edit or cancel it by emailing us at supply@shopify.com. After that time has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
Please email the Support team at supply@shopify.com so we can address your issue. For damaged items, please include a photo of the defective product. Please see the Shopify Supply Terms of service for more details.
Here are a few things you can do:Check any discreet locations where it may be hidden or ask a neighbor or roommate if they’re keeping it safe for you. Wait a few days; it’s possible the package is still on its way and your delivery person marked it as delivered a few days early. If you still can't find your package, double-check the order’s shipping address to ensure it is the correct address. If your package is shown as delivered and still hasn’t arrived after ten days, email us at supply@shopify.com.
In certain cases, the carrier can take an additional 1-2 business days to register your shipment after the processing period. If your tracking number isn’t available or working after this time, please email us at supply@shopify.com.
We’re happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for items purchased from shopifysupply.com that go on sale within 7 days of purchase. A refund for the price difference will be issued via the original method of payment on the order.To request a price adjustment, please send an email to supply@shopify.com with your order number.
Gift cards
Fill in the requested fields, add to cart, and check out. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the Digital Gift Card has been sent to the recipient’s email on your indicated date.
Open your order confirmation email and click View Your Order to see your order confirmation page. From there, select Resend Gift Cards. This link will only work if the gift card order has been fulfilled.
Redeem your Digital Gift Card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout on Shopify Supply.
Please contact supply@shopify.com to confirm your balance. Alternatively, enter your unique code on the Shopify Supply checkout page to see the remaining balance amount applied to your cart or add your gift card to your Apple Wallet.
Yes, as long as there is a remaining card balance.
Open your Digital Gift Card email and tap the Add to Apple Wallet button. This will open the gift card automatically in your Apple Wallet and will include the store’s information and your active balance.
Shipping and returns
Place your domestic US order by December 16 to ensure your holiday gifts arrive by December 25.

Shopify offers free shipping worldwide.Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Additional duties and taxes are collected during checkout and delivered duties paid.
We are not able to ship to PO boxes due to UPS limitations. Orders sent to a PO box will be returned to the sender.
All products are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds.
