SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

1. If you are an individual, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 years of age, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside. If you are acting on behalf of your client, your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind such client, employer or other entity to the Terms.
2. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify may, in its sole discretion, without notice to you, suspend or terminate your use of, or access to the Site, for any Services and remove and discard any related materials for any reason, including where Shopify believes that you have violated any of these Terms. You agree that Shopify shall not be liable to you or to any person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are unsatisfied with any of these Terms, please discontinue using the Site.
3. Shopify reserves the right to (a) refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, (b) suspend or terminate your use of, or access to, the Site or any Services, (c) remove or edit content, or (d) cancel orders at our sole discretion.

5. to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
6. to submit false or misleading information;
7. to upload or transmit Trojan horses, worms, viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet;
8. to collect or track the personal information of others;
9. to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
