Dad Gang, founded by Bart Szaniewski, Grant Eastey, and Ejay O'Donnell, exists to celebrate fatherhood in all its complexity: the joy, the struggle, the breakthroughs, and everything in between. It's a brand built not just on great gear, but on the belief that dads deserve a community as strong as the families they're building.
It started with a group chat
Three best friends supporting each other along their fatherhood journeys turned their shared rallying cry into a brand that filled the gap for cool dad gear. With just $750, 100 hats in a garage, and a store built on Shopify, they sold out in three days.
A movement, not a merch drop
No influencer deals or paid campaigns, just 15,000+ dads showing up for each other and a global movement that grew to $30M+ in revenue on word of mouth alone.
A collab built on a shared belief
